I was considering the rhino gear too, it seems to get decent reviews, but I don't know anyone with personal experience. They must have a deal with Amazon, because that always shows up first on searches, even when I search for "ARB"

Keep in mind that strap doesn't do any good if you're alone, lol. So if you drive alone a lot, it's useless. Get a winch.

In a pinch, you can just use a hitch pin in the rear receiver (loop the strap loop around the pin). When pulling form the side, the sharp(er) corners on the hitch receiver and bite into the strap and damage it. But if you find yourself doing that a lot, definitely get a hitch receiver shackle. Or better yet, get a bumper with dual recovery points to better distribute the load.

Also, that strap is a TOW STRAP, which is different from something like a SNATCH STRAP.

Tow straps aren't designed for dynamic loads, whereas a snatch strap is designed to stretch slightly and store energy that helps "yank" you out.

I made the mistake of getting a tow strap instead of a snatch. Don't get me wrong, I'm keeping the tow strap, but I'm going to get a snatch as well.
