    Against corporate? I have a dilemma, this isn’t working as designed and I don’t know if I should take it back to see if they’ll warranty it or if I should email corporate.

    My paper towels aren’t ripping evenly. I really hoped that as I reached the end of the roll they would, but it’s left me frustrated and questioning the quality control at Bounty. When I buy Bounty I expect them to rip evenly every time so when I fold it over to blow my nose I don’t get the wet boogie’s on my hand and have that ewwww feeling.

    How am I supposed to be a respected party host when my paper towels won’t rip evenly. It’s embarassing and in 2019, this shouldn’t be happening.

    I had that same problem and I threatened corporate with a Lemon Lawsuit and I was able to sell the paper towels back to them for more money than I purchased them for and get a new roll with more options at a lower interest rate and with a platinum warrantee.

    The vertically orientated paper towel dispenser creates additional stress on the perforated seam, resulting in the tear. This happens predominately on the bottom.

    Switch to this:
