I’m not sure if they were populated from the factory, or if they’re just blank panels/slots for adding your own switches aftermarket. Powered sunroof wasn’t an option on the 1st gen, just the mechanical latch from what I know.

My slot covers are actually two different shades of grey, PO might have done something there at one point. Appreciate the kind words!

A few more shameless pics from when I first got the truck. Because if this ain’t the thread, I don’t know which one is.

    :annoyed: truck needs much:help:
it was not a well-loved, well-respected truck in the least (heavily abused). the PO had never seen fit to get a bedliner or bedmat :crapstorm:
i have no clue as to how they price these used trucks at $5000 in this condition, makes me extremely worried :anonymous:

Does everyone else have 2 oh-sh!t handles on the passenger side? Always thought that was funny.

I thought the one handle by the windshield was for easy getting in and out (for shorter folks?) access handle?
the other one is for the passenger when you take the curves a bit fast lol
i also would love to have a new looking driver floormat my clutch foot has worn big hole in mine to the rubber backing

1995.5 here. Built 08/1995. Sure do love this truck. I believe I’m at 149k now. I also have the push button 4WD.

Wow, this is super sharp! you should enter your truck in the TW ride of the month! ... I think it might take the cake and get past all of them 3rd gens
very close to same interior I have except for the AT
I am a bit curious as to how the AT handles and rides? ... I have never known anything but the 3.4 MT

RysiuM, do you have # sold for 1997? the last year before interior/exterior makeover on the 4wd models?

Thanks! I’m flattered! I’ll have to consider that.

IMO it handles and rides well. It’s quite smooth even for 95. It’s kind of nice as I use it mostly just for camping, dirt biking, yard stuff, etc so it’s nice to just throw it in Drive and go. But I was willing to go auto or manual regardless as I was searching for 2 years. It can be a little jumpy/indecisive when driving over the pass or up the mountain with the camping gear, but I think that’s kind of to be expected. Up until I bought this I never owned an Auto, my civic I drive daily is a manual.

I'm serious! about the TW ride of the month ... but you have to get your pic in the first day or 2 to rack up the likes to get to the finals!
I think some of those 3rd gens that have the Voodoo blue would totally flip over your color!

I have driven my MT in Colorado and Utah so it is a lot different to control the engine speed manually ... if it rides anything like mine still does you have a gem,
its probably a little road noisy? but its a truck  not a Lexus

It drives great can’t complain here. Also I recently removed my scuff plates all together to clean them up and am getting new hardware when I find time. Or buying new ones all together.
