They like to do that. Had them get 3 of 4 wrong one time.

The rub is real! The 3.5bsing sticks out pretty far causing more contact than I was expecting. With +2.5 caster they are rubbing on the fenders at the cab, the CMC and likely the front fender liner also. I got some work to do. Need to get a better alignment at +4 or +5, maybe even more caster and trim the fenders some. With a better alignment I might be ok with my CMC but only time will tell. They sure do look god though!

Thanks! Either tonight or tomorrow afternoon I'll get the dremel out and start trimming the fender. Might start cutting my front bumper up some more also. Not sure when I'm going to be able to get someplace for a better alignment. My current work schedule keeps me from being able to make appointments to take it in during the week.

285/70r17 MTR's. Need it fixed before jambo or it will cause major fender damage and probably cost me some tires. I dont even want to drive it around town.
    Thanks guys!

Yeah man it's a 9" inch wide wheel right? Got to remember that may be wider than what you had as well as the 3.5 backspace for the poke!!

Yeah they are 9" wide. I knew It would rub just didnt expect it to be as bad as they do. Hoping a good alignment will fix the issues of the cab mount rubbing. If it doesnt then it will be time for a cab mount relocate and I'm not even on 35's yet.:(

I had to trim a lot even with my lift because the spindles make them poke even more up front.

    You'll get it done!

Tomorrow afternoon is supposed to be sunny and around 50 so I'll likely pull the dremel out and start cutting. Then figure out what close shop can actually align my truck to the custom specs it needs. Thinking I may try 4wp because tandem is too far to coordinate with work.

Today I maxed my caster out on my UCA's(I'm guessing its around +4.5 now maybe more, wont know for sure until I get another alignment) and trimmed a little bit of the fender making the truck driveable! I trimmed so little you cant even really tell that I did it with no fender flares on the truck. It seems to clear the cab mount even when reversing, though I'll probably still rub when I stuff a wheel while turning when offroading unless I trim more. I still need to go get another alignment because my camber is all jacked up. I guess I'm going to try and get in at 4wp in plano to see if they can provide me with a good alignment this week. I would go to tandem but its to far and I am unable to get their during the week with my work schedule. Once its aligned good I will look into what all needs to be trimmed so I dont destroy a fender or tire the next time I'm offroad. I'm a little afraid I'm going to loose my fender liners after trimming and will need to get a snorkel. I'm not a huge fan of the snorkels on the 3rd gens but I can deal with it because I would rather have a fugly snorkel over drowning my engine.
