    Yes it does! I bought the exact same one and this one came with another TW order I made from another member. It's good for loose change and it holds my toll pass, etc.

    Hopefully someone needs it. In case if you're also interested, I use
    $14 Vehicle OCD - Center Console Organizer for Toyota Tacoma (2016-2023) - Made in USA
    this with that same tray. It divides the bottom into six little cubby holes that way, it's not like digging around in a bowl of M&M's in search of a skittle.
