Hi TW,

Running into an issue I can't seem to figure out how to fix. Just bought a 2019 DCSB Sport a few months ago. From day one, if someone calls me using FaceTime audio (iPhone) I can press the button on the wheel or the touchscreen to answer the call on the truck but audio instantly kicks back to the phone itself. Then when I try to push it back to the truck the whole system restarts and drops the bluetooth altogether.

Anyone else have this issue and know the fix? I can't seem to find anything about it. Ive tried:
- updating the phone software
- resetting the phones settings
- unpairing the phone and repairing the phone to the truck
