Yeah, remember his grief posts on it. Still, if I can resolve it going to try and find a solution. OCD trigger.

You ever try drilling through sprung steel?

 

Even my Expos squeak, they "pop" too on one side which is 10x more annoying but I'm just learning to live with it lol. Actually if I hit the front of them with dry lube it quiets them down for awhile.

 

With my sliders off it drives like an entire new truck. Can only hear the springs when Im putting weight in the bed or getting in and out. Just a minor annoyance.

 

That could work, but wouldnt be very precise.

Nope, but I would just assume lots of oil and low speed drill

If only. Drilling it aint gonna happen. Torch is really your only option.

 

Wendys is the best fast food burger on the east coast aside from Cook-Out.

Tbh I only had it once like 10 years ago and don’t really remember it being that great.
