Hell yea bed liner looks bad.

Rocks will chip spray paint. The nice thing is, you can just touch it up with more. Or put a layer of spray paint clear coat on it? Or clearbra ?

You can spray it with chip guard and paint over it or use tintable bedliner tinted to your body color for a match. The tintable bedliner gives the best chip protection

Also available in an aerosol then you paint over it. Or Google "color my hippo" tintable bedliner made by Dominion sure seal. You need a air compressor and a schultz gun to spray this.

 

This is the regular Hippo Liner on Amazon. The reguar black doesn't have as good a UV protection as the tintable does. We would use the tintable and tint it black if we wanted to do black. I have my front ane rear bumpers done with the tintable and really like it.

Lot of folks ask to see a CCW to prove "good guy" status. Or like I said, have him meet at a gun show for a background check. Or ask your LGS if they will do one without it being an actual transfer through their store with that associated fee.
