    Thanks, man.

Wife was torqued up about some rental house expenses........son was angry about some goings on with his girlfriend........I'd just paid the plumbers who'd left after finishing up an emergency repair at our house.........nobody was in the best of moods.........yet a few minutes after bringing everyone together for dinner.......there was laughter and discussions about funny stuff. THIS IS WHY I ENJOY COOKING FOR THE FAMILY !!!!!!!

I love my Weber. The charcoal holder spacer things I picked up on Amazon make it very easy to Q on.

Ever since kingsford changed their formula, i go with these when they are on sale for $10 a bag. I usually buy about 10 bags, lol. I like lump for my steaks though.

    upload_2018-7-26_12-38-33.jpg

Bought some of these the other day to try. Supposed to by more uniform chunks, less dust. Yet to try.

Used to have a ceramic egg, but the SW OK wind claimed it. So went with the Weber kettle, it just dents, lol.

When it comes to charcoal grills there is the Weber and then there are the other ones.

Does a Tail Gate Lock Count?

This was on clearance at HD a couple weeks ago. One of two trips I made.

Was on clearance at a Lowes that was closing. I think I am good on charcoal...

If you like Royal Oak, try some Rockwood. Starts quick, burns long, always good size lump with minimal junk. Did a turkey on the egg for Thanksgiving....

I go for Royal Oak when I go for charcoal, and add small chunks of almond and oak to it.
