I think I’m going to take the little portable Masterbuilt Portable Smoker I got a couple years back to my wife’s families cabin this year. I picked up a few of them and one we used a bunch campin. This one is still new in the box and we spend at least a few weeks there in the summer so figured may as well just keep it there.

We paid like $25 a piece on the end of year closeout sale.

Burgers on the gasser today, nothing special.

Wings on the smoker tomorrow. Undecided on preparation, but probably going to do a bit of Pitfaced Spicy on at least half.

Also got some ribs out for the smoker this weekend.

It's going to be a good few days!

That reminds me...I need to order more SAUSE!

So I am slacking. Haven't been in this thread for a while, haven't even smoked anything in a few weeks.

I have tried the Unicorn rub on a few different things (steak, eggs, pork and chicken) and it's been outstanding on all of them. It's definitely a savory thing, not a sugary or spicy thing. I'd use it for general use I think. It's definitely a winner, can't wait til it's openly available and I can stock up.
