Good evening. Did something today I hadn't done since the early 80's ...filled sandbags. I needed them to hold down barricades. I still hate filling sandbags.

I took some before I started and I'll dose up again at bedtime and I have an appointment with the inversion table in about 20 minutes.

I may have a shot at a really decent Honda Trail 110 but won't know till next winter. One of our snowbirds has one and he's thinking about selling it. 2800+ miles, all complete, unmolested. I gave my number to his wife and she'll let me know. She said she'd give me 1st chance at it when they get back.

MS means extreme fatigue that requires extra rest and sleep. As the disease begins to progress it steals your ability to rest and sleep. Only option is 6 or 8 naps a day. Not a good scenario if you have to work.

Like so many diseased, the sooner MS is diagnosed and treatments begin, the better the odds the progression can be slowed. Symptoms begin low keyed and resemble dozens of other issues. They are usually ignored until the severity is so they can't be ignored. Add to that I'm 25 years older than the average diagnosed MS patient. I just thought my symptoms were normal "getting old"....61 is too young to start being unable to walk....

    Oh well....shit happens. Battle on....

My friend and fellow employee that passed away a couple years ago taught me a valuable lesson..... No need to get mad about it. Deal with it.

We've identified symptoms as far back as 4 years now. A mix of things that were masked by a mix of other ailments...

    Sux...but what's ya gonna do?

Good morning all. As soon as we hit a Saturday with 70 degree temperatures, I'd like time to stop so I can fully enjoy it.

Bill, one day at a time. As hard as it is, stay positive.
