I just realized. Did they put my tires on wrong? I thought the white lettering is supposed to be on the outside...

It’s just for aesthetics. They’re not unidirectional

It’s all personal preference. I have a MGM Taco also and prefer the white letters to be on the inside.

Thats great. I've been wanting to secure the velcro to the same area via rivets or something, as the velcro tape I put there didn't stick.

I would disconnect negative battery for 5 minutes or so and then reconnect and see if it saves a trip to the dealership. Could also pull fuse but either way

Did the Gas Mileage Calculation today from my detailed gas logs. (I log every fill/type etc.)
I KNOW everyone loves seeing this thread Everywhere/Everyday but here are actual results on my 2017 DCLB OR both before and after Mods vs all the bull shit spewed forth by idiots.

I did my measurements from Winter Mix 10% Ethanol...I listed the Summer Mix equivalents in [brackets] next to those number for those of you in the South who don't have to deal with Winter Mix as much.

    • Average of 2500 Miles On Stock Wrangler 265/70/16s = 17.5 [17.8] MPG - Note: When truck was new-I was getting used to hitting the gas pedal style of Gen IIIs and drove somewhat at varied rates to properly flex the engine.
    • Average of 2500 Miles on Upgraded Tires to BFG KO2s 265/75/16 (Yes I did the math to accommodate for the greater travel distance of bigger tire) = 18.85! [19.1] Note: Yes better...ok so maybe I drove like a grannie that cycle
    • Average of 2500 Miles on Lifted/Upgraded BFG K02 285/70/17s (Yes I did the math again) = 17.7 [18] MPG - Note how this associates similarly to Stock.
    • Average of 500 Miles on Shift Sense Pro on the Lifted/285s with math adjustment = 16.1 [16.4] MPG - Note: this makes sense as I'm driving like a maniac with the Shift Sense Pro because the thing rocks and my data set is only 500 miles so the standard deviation is greater.

Based on the price, I'm guessing the ultimate turn signals???

Been waiting and waiting for those and caved. Picked up the USRs, haven't even installed them yet and.....

    Back in stock

So I ordered new wheels last night using the TRD 40th anniversary sale but got a voice mail today saying they won't be in for 5 to 6 weeks and for me to call them and let them know if I still want them. Haven't decided if I want to wait that long or not. So while I'm still debating and with all the knowledge here I do have a question. From what I can tell the only difference between the FN FX PRO and the TRD PRO Sema wheels is one is 8" and the other 7 " plus I believe the center caps are different. I'm more interested in the charcoal / grey vs the black and was wondering if anyone knows if the finish is the same on both or if there is a difference plus am I missing anything else that's different. Thanks in advance.
