Actually there’s an IGN article disappointed they’re not gonna have battle royale, and are convinced borderlands is the perfect game for loot crates to be implemented

 

Won't be picking this on up from the Epic games launcher. Its caused a big stink on the PC market. May get it from from bad sources and transfer my save file when it eventually comes out on steam.

 

Why not grab it through Epic games?

Epic Games has been forcing there shitty launcher on people buy buying up exclusives or charging devs a absurd amount for the unreal engine if they do not release it on there launcher. They have security breaches, no rating or review features so devs can sell awful games and so on. Also rumors that alot of user information has been sold to the Chinese government. I'll stick with steam.

 

Damn, makes sense. Don’t like the exclusivity deals but didn’t know there were actual security differences in steam and epic game’s store

 

its probably the worst launcher ide ever had to use, makes uplay look like a god, plus their security is trash, had my login info sniped twice in like a 3 month period.

 

I want to play borderlands 3 bad, dont get me wrong, but I'm older and grumpier now. I have better stuff to spend money on.

The premium $80 and $100 version of the game are coming with a XP and loot drop boost so dont be surprised if there isnt some type of pay to win mechanics added to the game.

 

I miss the days of 60 dollar games, buy once cry once, no pay to win micro transactions no gimmicks like season passes or whatever stupid new games are doing these days.

 

I usually don’t just play games whe they came out. Handsome collection was like $30 when I got it pretty sure it’s even lower now

I just pre-ordered the $100 version of Borderlands 3 today (it includes the 4 DLC's so most people will probably end up spending $100 anyway if they download them later). The Borderlands games are one of the few games me and my wife can play couch co-op together so we're pretty excited for it.

 

Same. Couch co op sold it for me. I don’t play many games so I hope it lives up. It’s totally possible the game has $100 worth of content. Been developing it for 5 years on the same base engine as 2

 

I'm just replaying through the borderlands series, LOL! It was SO well done! Those of you on PC can get the remastered version with all DLC as an update from steam $free.99 if you want to go plink around again! I am super stoked on the next chapter coming out, but not so pumped on the Epic games exclusive so I'll probably wait it out till it drops to steam . Not that there's any judgement on those that swoop it up on Epic, I'm just gonna chill on that for a bit. P.S. I'm gonna need me one of them psycho masks...

Did you play one remastered? Borderlands 1 with 120FOV is next level amazing

 

Haaaaiiiiiiillllll yeah! I'm playing through that one now! I'm super crappy at it, so it'll take me a while to make it through the whole series, haha! Maybe 3 will be out by the time I finish!

 

With that BL2 update, had to redo all my gear, but think I finally have a servicable end game OP10 character, now I can relax until BL3

 

So stoked for this game, been a fan since the first one and it is my go to any time I have time to sit down.

Only thing I can't decide is if I want to buy it for Ps4 or PC. I built my PC years ago and it's getting a little dated. Have a GTX970 and i7 processor with 16gb ram, should run the game fine but only as "recommended" and I'm worried I will have to have low quality display settings. I love PC gaming way more than using my PS4 but I want get the best experience out of this game, been waiting for years
