Just finished installing Gen 3 Bilstein 6112's on my '16 TRDOR. Had them sitting in the box waiting for nice weather and the wife to be out of the house. Took 1 1/2 hours to pull oem and 1 1/2 hours to install and button up. Took the oem and 6112's to local DIY shop and exchanged the top hats - well worth the $50.00. Went with max travel so lowest setting. Now enjoying a Tequila with Fresca and Lime. May need two!

 

I ordered the chemical guys "Torque Foam Blaster 6" off of Amazon with "Honeydew Snow" foam wash, I was really impressed!! it was one of their less expensive models of blaster! but I think it works well!!

I bought the little pressure washer with 2000 psi rather than using my gas powered pressure washer with 3500 psi

Welllll, it depends on how "in to it" you are for detailing. If you are all in then it would look something like this.

Rinse off mud.
Spray foam truck.
Let sit but spray off before the foam completely disappears.
Rinse again.
Foam again but only area that you can wash.
Use two bucket method to clean area of truck you foamed.
Repeat again until all of truck is clean.
Air off water on truck.
Dry remainder with microfiber drying towel.

Truck is now clean. Paint correction next? Paint protection next?

pretty much parted most of my trucknout last week. this week i ordered an Alu Cab canopy camper. last week i also had acl, mcl and meniscus reconstruction and started PT this week. cant wait to get out of brace and crutches.
