Yeah I just bought a can of Hatch green chili yesterday. I love me some spanish omelettes

 

Tears of...... was going though there because my dad had passed away. Needed to go through AZ to pick up my brother. Normally i always went out by 40 to 25. Just seemed like the chili powder was in the air. Big wreaths and crosses hanging on doors and in front yards.

 

So did I. Not so much into omelettes though.

They are proud of their chili. We have peanuts, oil and gas in my part of the state. I'll take the smell of chili over crude oil anytime
