All I got right now. Hoping to have my rigid pods wired up soon. Cage will be here in a week or two and hopefully my trailer will be ready as well

I came back to my truck after the Green Scene (plant sale event) at the Cal State Fullerton Arboretum and found a near twin. Truck has blacked out emblems.

Spotted at Burro Canyon about 9:15a today parked at the handgun range. The white turd gen had Kings with resi's. Couldnt tell what was on the rear. Didn't get a good enough look at the other turd gen.

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
question: Does someone make safety nets for the openings? My wife works at a local hospital (surgerical icu) and sees so many partial ejections, amputations and worse ( if they survive surgery). Not picking on just ATVs (motorcycles keeps its crown at #1) it seems more often than not. taking into account how popular they are and more people are out there means more accidents. just seems like the outcomes are poor because of severity of the damage. imagine arm/head stuck between rocks/trees and the hard place of the atv. Gruesome.

Yep. And wrist restraints as well. We use them on our race car and truck. The cage I'm getting will be tabbed for nets. 5 point harnesses help as well.
I will agree that the majority of offroaders in sxs and riding atvs or whatever are kinda ignorant in safety precautions. The old "I drive slow" " I dont jump" "I just hit trails".....just takes one accident to change everyone's tune.

    awesome!!

oh man, yea go slow and thats "safe". what about the one you don't see? yea, that was really bad. dui off road vs another atv. two families decimated (worst of it: dui driver shattered pelvis, lost an arm, doesn't matter he's quad paralyzed.so never get out of a hospital bed, ever...and die of some shitty infection, complications) anyways...but the kids and the other innocent victims. ugh. sickening.

I'm tempted to get 4 point and some cab reinforcement for the hills, even just a basic (frame welded) roll bar and safety nets. dogs have it made, they ride in a crash-rated crate that has a crumple feature and it will maintain a space for the animals after a set amount. (or could put the kids, in ther... they make em bigger than i have. lol) mim variocage if anyone is interested: https://www.mimsafe.se/en/safety-products/variocage/

Racing budget: spend as much as you possibly can on safety, then spend whatever is left on performance

/edit because closed tab and hit back, doh. long day.

Maybe I should take more photos on base ... LOL

If you see a 3rd Gen, BBP, tonneau cover with a TW sticker in back window, that's me.
