I've gotten away from the Bitters I had to use to start this, but most of my world is happy it's not Diet Coke.

 

Yeah, I did several wine tastings while stationed in Germany. Developed an affinity for it. And, I suppose it's a bit more dignified than a few 40's of Colt 45.

 

I keep telling you, Coke Zero is your friend!

 

The times I've tried it, I didn't like it. But, maybe after some time away from Diet Coke, it might be better. But the whole world wants to tell me how baddddddddddd all these Coke products are for me...

 

Dude, we dig wine, it's just soooooo many calories and sugars. But when in Rome.........

Yea, you need to drink it and nothing else. We keep the caffeine free and regular coke zero in the house. I am like a meth head on regular at night so the caffeine free is best if I want to sleep. But the regular is good when you've been busting ass all day and need to party all night.

 

Family at a winery near us. I discovered Port that day. Now it's all I drink when I buy it for the house. 20% but loaded with sugar. The wife likes sangria and riesling. Chateau St. Michelle Harvest Select is very good. We buy it buy the case when we can catch a sale. $7 bucks a bottle. Can't be beat.

 

That looks like a good time! I fully expect @ChadsPride , @Mrprotaganist , @KENNY, @Nopro , and whoever makes it to the beer and pizza tomorrow to look equally dignified!

 

Riesling goes good with an omelette for breakfast.

 

Here in Texas we have Trader Joe's. It's a whole foods sort of place at a discount price. If you don't have them, their wine can be ordered online. "JOE" as it is set forth to find a way to make good wine available to everyone. The Merlot and Chardonnay have been good. Others I haven't tried, but given their reputation...I'd try others as well. Their wine is known as "3 buck chuck". Check it out. You may just find a decent wine on the cheap.

 

I'll be there, not having more than one or two brewskies, though. Going to the range with an army buddy to shoot weird shit

 

Your final one can be for me. I think I am going to make wife happy, and weather here in the AM is supposed to be bad. Got two SA trips this month, so can save my monies. Do NOT use Chad for target practice! We needs him around!

 

I don't mean weird targets lol. My buddy wants to shot some clay pigeons, but last time we hit the range, I shot his .50 flintlock, his .17 HMR, some .38 revolver, 5.56 AK and the time before that a .460 Smith and Wesson, .45/70 lever gun, M1 Carbine and so on. Neat stuff
