Leftover smoked caribou, sliced thin and put on sourdough with some horseradish sauce. Delish.

Only recipe I have is for crock pot southwestern pulled brisket sliders using corned beef. Used corned beef once cause I had it and we prefer it that way in that recipe.

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
Ribs, I don’t use straight up sauce, i cut it with the foil juice and more rub, then reduce. Brush it on after they are out of the foil for 10, then every ten for 1/2 hour.

Edit: was supposed to be someones quote in here, but it didn’t quote for some reason.

I never owned it. My grandparents did and to be honest I think they had the same bottle all the years I can remember.

Gonna brag a little this evening. I had the best cook on my MES30 that I’ve ever had in the close to 5 years I’ve been using it.

This was my first time using an external/aftermarket thermometer. It was quite surprising how far off the stock temperature reading is. I had to set the temp to 255-260 to maintain ~225 with 2 racks of ribs and a dozen or so wings.

This was also my first time doing ribs. The 3-2-1 method worked like a charm.
