Now that I own a Stage 1 and am really satisfied with MESO's handiwork and design; I ALREADY SOLD have a set of his Triton adapters available if anyone needs/wants a set.

At least Meso is kind enough not to take advantage of us. Although he is the one putting in the hard work that definitely deserves to up charge us.

I don’t limit the QTY for purchases. If someone wants to flip them, it’s a free market.
Let’s not turn this thread into a economics class :)

    MESO!
So, just finished my Stage1 install and made a few notes:

    1. Have some Isopropyl Alcohol and a rag handy for cleaning the backside of the bracket beneath the light housing. Thanks to @Tommyb08 for the photo reference.
    2. Install the resistor on the rear of the metal bracket in the orientation of my double arrows in Tommy's photo. This location allows plenty of room below for those wires to have clearance for the loom, proper adhesion/connection and plenty of free air moving around the resistor to aid in heat dissipation.
    3. The o-ring on the new switchback bulb provided by @mesojdm is REALLY tight and will take some effort to get seated. If uncomfortable with it, the OEM washer can be removed from the base of the old reverse bulb and re-used on MESO's bulb base.
    4. I placed a light coat of pure silicone lubricant on the o-ring and that helped with seating.
    5. Pay close attention to the keyed guide plastic inside the male end of the new switchback connector housing. Mine had a few burrs from manufacturing and I had to trim those burrs off with an Exact-O blade before the key would fit in the slot.
    6. Check all signals/bulbs for operation before buttoning everything up.
All in all, an OUTSTANDING design and product from MESO Customs!

I ended up using one of the stock o-rings on one of the switch back bulbs. First one went in easy. Otherwise install was super smooth

If you guys are using an ultrasonic knife for stage 2, where are you buying them from? They seem to be outrageously expensive.

They are very expensive. If you plan on doing any other plastic cutting it’s a nice investment. Other than that It’s not really necessary and you can get away with the hot knife method.

Any recommendations on where to get a reasonably priced hot knife from?

From watching the video real quick you could probably use a Dremel or a soldering iron also might work

My stage 1's are pop it for delivery and sadly my trucks going straight to a shop after work to get an alignment. I'll have to wait to install until I pick my truck back up tomorrow after work. :pout:

No mater how slow you go, you will get pieces up towards the red part.

I’m pretty sure static pulls them up.
Good look. I was able to get them out.
