    I'm in school (college) now at 37 years old. LOL.


    No athletic scholly for me. Although, had I played my cards right, I probably could have done the baseball thing for a while. Even now I'm throwing in the low 80's when I want to risk a hospital bed. Thats pretty decent heat for a has been fat guy.


    two kids, wife. blah blah blah.


    My first was born when I was thirty.

    I probably wont make it much past her HS graduation. (genetically low life expectancy)

    We'll see.


    Looking around at all of my friends who had kids early, man I kinda wish I'd knocked a girl up around 22 or 23 years old. To be in my early 40's with no kids in the house, would be amazing.

    That’s amazing your going to school an still got that arm. I have no desire for higher learning anymore an gi bill has expired as of last year. But I’m in a career I love an have peaked at but still play softball an still have fun. We also have no kids which has been nice financially I suppose

    If it's your only way in, i can 100% understand living, breathing, and sleeping sports. I had always planned on just taking out student loans, but was very blessed that my mom worked at a university so i got to go for free

    I had other ways if I would of opened my horizons some but had 0 interest. I wasn’t talented athletically but had great work ethic an drive. I always had to work harder than most to accomplish anything in life. Stupid pride I never listened to anyone’s good advice back then figured I’d learn as I went.
