    Twinsies lol!

    Yeah, I'm going to rivet mine once I get better long-term weather. I'm currently using double-sided sticky 1/4" foam insulator

    It said it's not compatible with the TRD air box/intake so as long as you have the standard intake tube that runs to the fender from the MAF, it'll work

    Ok, yeah I have trd intake I want to take out and replace with the factory air box. I read it was a little work to make some of the snorkels compatible with aftermarket air intake. I watched a you tube video of a guy who installed a snorkel (not sure of the brand) and he said it was compatible with a supercharger. I want to order this snorkel, but wanted to double check before making the purchase. Thanks for the reply.

    I just installed this snorkel and am running the TRD intake. Sometime in the next few days I’m going to try to retrofit the plumbing to work with the intake. I’ll let you know how it goes.

    Ok Gents, I got the snorkel matted up to my TRD CAI.

    For reference I followed this guide, so all credit goes out to this individual:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/out/?url=http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forums/how-technical-articles/41013-arb-safari-snorkel-cai.html#/&inner=aHR0cCUzQSUyRiUyRnd3dy5mamNydWlzZXJmb3J1bXMuY29tJTJGZm9ydW1zJTJGaG93LXRlY2huaWNh&post=15764727

    Long story short, you will need to purchase a pvc 4” x 3” connector and do some cutting to the fender plumbing as well as the intake housing. We are already cutting holes everywhere on our trucks so this shouldn’t scare anyone any more than the fender cuts.

    I had to cut about 2.5” off of the supplied Plumbing from Dobinsons on the intake side, and about 3/4” from the TRD CAI where it mates to the fender.

    Like I said, I followed the guide above, but if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

    Here’s the connector on Amazon:

    Hey, it’s a fair question. There’s a spot for it during checkout, and I know a lot of vendors set something up for TW members. I have no problem paying full price if need be. But like everyone, I’m always trying to find the best deal.

    Got it, he emailed me. And I lower the shipping price if possible too, as some people aren't as far away as others.

    All of y'all are making this really hard not to spend the money.

    Dang that looks good.

    I don't live where they salt and the bolts supplied with my light pods from rago rusted out like this. Not a bad idea to go stainless regardless of where you live. Have others noticed this issue as well?

    I believe it was an isolated incident as I haven't had anyone else report that bolt problem to me. It's all supposed to come with stainless bolts.

    @Zac of all trades

    Hopefully they updated the template; mine was off a little and I had to fab my own pillar bracket, but otherwise it was a good kit.
