I know Matt does not come here very often anymore but I just saw the below video and needed to make sure it was posted here. Very detailed and thorough instructions on how to install and how the ML-ACR works. Excellent job Matt!!!
Now he just needs to do one for the side by side setup.

I was planning on yellow tops too but have been second guessing them because of what I’ve read about them being crap now.

I run a blue and yellow top. I wounded not buy them again. Yellow top failed just before the warranty ended. The blue top is 6+ years old. If optima wound not have moved production from aurora, CO to Mexico they would have been the best...

Does anyone know how easily the group 24 batteries will work in a 4Runner? I am running a single battery X2 Power Premium AGM in my Tacoma and love it. My jefe now wants to go to a dual battery setup and I am recommending him the X2s, but just want to be sure the Group 24 size fits easily.

@HeliMedic gonna be sending you an email about a dual battery system for a 4Runner!

I’m looking for a side by side kit but it looks like it has been taken off your site. Do you no longer offer this kit?

I know that Matt (HeliMedic) isnt on here very often. Most likely it was just a supply issue or a website issue..

Sorry for my late reply. I contacted him via email and he responded and said that the side by side kit will be discontinued due to high manufacturing costs. He is however going to do once last batch but unfortunately we will not receive them until mid to early June. I have put my order in and recommend you do the same! These are the only side by side kits I could find for the 3rd gen TRD sports.

This answered a lot of my questions, mainly I was wondering what battery everybody was using to power their accessory fuse block.

Does it matter which battery you connect for your winch? Since during winching operations you would probably flip the switch to join the two batteries together.

Does the kit come with a positive cable to run to the accessory fuse block?

Predictable. Of course you blast me publicly because the situation didn't turn out the way you wanted. There are two sides to every story.

Yes, we ran out of wiring harnesses. I was not aware of the low stock issue when we spoke in earlier emails. I apologized to you on the phone about that. I never intended to decieve you. Thats not the type of person I am.

They are slated to be restocked tomorrow and I was happy to ship one to you. But you need everything immediately. So, I made you a custom harness and included a letter in your package telling you how to make everything work. You didn't like this because I didn't call you first. You are not the only person that this happened to, but everyone else is ok with it. You left me several voicemails in the span of 5 minutes telling me to "man up" and call you back. I was busy in my shop, not ignoring you. I called you back within 5 minutes. All I asked of you was to speak to me like I was a human. You instead took it to another level, started cursing, and blaming me of being dishonest.

Bottom line. You didn't like the customer service I could provide you. Im not sitting on your money. I refunded the portion of your order that wasn't able to be shipped, as you requested. I am happy to refund the rest upon receiving them back in new condition. Im happy to pay for your return shipping. What else can I do for you Chris?

I support Matt's perspective. I've had excellent customer service with OffGrid4x4. I recommend the product, and would gladly do business again.

Thank you. I really appreciate that.

There is nothing shady going on here. I am not holding anyones money or refusing to send items that have been paid for. We are simply a super busy small business and things slip through the cracks sometimes. I will always do what I can to make sure people walk away happy. All I ask is that people speak to me like a human and have some patience and understanding.
