Ok guys,, few months ago i got my new rims and tires,,
Which i had to resync the new tpms which was already programmed,
So my question is, can i put back the old stock rims and tire without having issue on the dash light tpms icon or should I resync the old tpms?

Pretty sure the ECU only allows ID for up to 5 tpms sensors.
Some report that after 2009 only 4 can be stored to the ECU.

I’ve been told you can buy clonable TPMS Sensors.
There for you essentially have 2 sets of sensors with the same ID’s.

Unless the new sensors were a clone of the old, you’re likely going to have to resync.

He is right, you can clone sensors but I doubt your old ones are exact clones. However many places will program them to your vehicle for free

Your vehicle will only store one set of tpms, and if you drive with the set not programmed on your truck, your light will still stay off until your vehicle is driven around 45 min. Then the light will come on. And the light will go back off when you get back home and park somewhat close to where the other tires are stored.
