Good evening all! I just caught back up after not being able to for a few days! That thing called work really gets in the way sometimes.

Can you imagine how much the nest must weigh?!

I’m hoping the winds blow the mosquitoes away (dont think it works that way, but it sounds good). We seem to have an over abundance of them around here!

You should have seen that tree the nest is in last night . With the female eagle on the nest she looked concerned everytime a huge gust of wind moved the tree

I will not miss driving to work. Most people on the road at 4am are either on their way home from the bar or else pissed off about having to get up early and race to work.

Then I had to FIFY.

 

That is one of the issues I’m thinking if.
I had to vent to the rep yesterday and told him if I had known this I never would have bought my new corolla.
He said there are two reasons for it.
I said they are both stupid no matter what they are.
He said
Cool factor...... has to look cool for people to buy the vehicle which keeps me / us employed.
MPG factor.....

Well if people knew about the cool factor for the price and what happens if it goes out they would say screw that.
MPG has nothing to do with the back end of the housing. It’s the front that does that..
People really need to stop buying fancy crap and want the bare bones. Unfortunately going backwards in features ain’t gonna happen. So we complain and bitch and open our wallets more..

That’s gonna be a pain in the arse to change, may as well swap out both while the front end is in a state of disassembly

 

I gotta disagree with the reps 1st point. They don't look cool. I'm not a big "car" guy. I pretty much stick to trucks/4wd. And to me, almost all new cars look the same. How is that "cool"? There was a time not long ago that I could identify cars. Now not so much unless I can see the badge on the grill and even then I have to read the rear to know what model it is. Even the crossovers look the same. Oh well....
