I just got a text saying my package was delivered and there’s nothing in my mailbox. Have been waiting all day. I am freaking out. Why does USPS have to suck so much.

 

That's highly unusual, let me look into it.

There is no way that box would fit in a standard mailbox, if the address on your PayPal is correct then I'm getting the same "delivered in mailbox" status.

There isn't much I can do on my end as of right now, maybe ask if some neighbors have security footage or anything. We can always file a claim with USPS.

 

They have been known to do that. Google it. They mark it as delivered even if they run out of time that day to make their stats look better than they actually are and get their performance bonuses.

Bottom line: USPS Sucks!

 

I mean I’m sure it’s obviously not on your end. We did get a bunch of snow today so possible they just ran out of time but why the hell would the driver mark as delivered... if only he knew I have been waiting for months in anticipation.

I have a security cam and have watched it over and over and not a single delivery truck has passed in hours.

I am reaaaaally hoping that’s the case. And if so I may send my cam footage of the time window it said delivered into the company and file a complaint with usps. In Denver you have to stay on the lookout otherwise stuff gets swiped.
This kind of makes sense because it said expected by 8 and he marked it as delivered at 7:48.

That did happen to me once as well! I received notification that an item was delivered in the morning and it then showed up later in the afternoon around four or five hours later.

 

Saw a USPS truck across the street at ~8:30pm and looked like he was high tailing it, tried to run after him as he got in his truck to drive away and didn’t stop. I guess I will have to wait till tomorrow and see what happens. Out of all the packages to mess up had to be the custom made horns

Mine too! I watched USPS deliver it on my video doorbell. Unfortunately, it will have to sit there for the next three hours until I get home from work. Good thing i have "eyes" on it.

 

Got home from work early and bam! Got them, so looks like you guys above were right- guy had scanned before the expected window closed and came in the afternoon today. I was going to cancel my complaint/investigation into the guy that did it when they showed up (not our normal awesome usps guy) but he threw them and a box of new upgraded headlights I got aggressively at the ground from chest level while shaking his head at my camera so I think I’m going to just let them look into his BS.

Received mine today as well.

Every item was double wrapped. Then some more dunnage on the ends for good measure. Very well packaged and protected. Well done sir!!



Can't wait till Sunday, when I will have time to get it installed.
