If you were stroked, bored, ported heads and oversized valves and had 2.0 pulley and snakebite mod together, you MIGHT make it to 500.

Good timing on this conversation. I'm ready to look for something a little more robust. Are there any recommendations for trans tunes as well?

It's sort of like I have said before. There reaches a point where it doesn't matter how well a powertrain is built. High horsepower and longevity cannot exist in the same realm.

I believe you end up spinning the supercharger too much and building too much heat.

Confirmed, the cheapest 2008 FJ fan shroud and coolant tank on rock auto fit the CSF oversized radiator just fine.

Pretty sure its over that right now. 17-18 psi. Need to get it dyno'd. However. The transmission makes me unhappy, since it needs to be replaced with a Magnum version. That, dyno, then possibly back to stock cams, and dyno again.

Not sure if everyone is aware of this site:

    https://www.mcmaster.com/

Sells all the nuts and bolts and fasteners you would ever want to find. I needed a 4mm coupling nut as well as threaded rods to mod my AFR gauge into my flex mount and home depot, Ace hardware, and lowes were all useless. Emailed Mcmasters and got a reply within the hour with solid info. Shipping is fast. Would use again.

    Also, team:

I realize the OP is in another serious requirement of updating. There are many things on the table that need to be brought to light on the first post so all current and new coming members have a full spectrum of material to reference to and access to easily on one page. I need a day off and I also need to gather all proper sources in order to do a legitimate update. Yes that includes adding the new godsend HPTuners support software thread for ultimate tunability reference. I'll do it. I just need some time.

    Thanks all.

This will be a stat sheet to reference for topics without retrace of hundreds of pages. I'm thankful one of us can help so many. Thank you @12TRDTacoma .
