They looks pretty nice why do you have to have 17s? I think 16s look nicer on our trucks gives the tire a much bigger look and slightly less likely to be scratched up when you play off road. Plus tires are slightly cheaper

I like some of the OEM wheels but majority of them excluding the Pro's, Sema, etc are just too damn heavy at 28-30 lbs. Then you add bigger heftier tires and they are at 85-90 lbs a corner.

Yep have the 17's. Had 15's with my jeep, even cheaper tires! Will keep looking for 17's though since the tires are fairly new. Will reconsider if tires go the same time I'm ready to pull the trigger on rims.

Yeah I know, I'm always searching for weight specs when looking. Definitely don't want to go heavier. If you have the $$$$, you can get pretty damn light. Black Rhino is tempting but heavier again...

The link below might be useful to you then. I had the 4Runner 7 spoke wheel you pictured and they were around 29 lbs.

Awesome! Thanks for adding this. I think I had seen that post before but forgot about it. I do like those and you can find a lot of 4Runner wheels on Craig's List, but yeah too heavy for my tastes.
