I have a 2017 SR5 4x4 and I’m looking to buy a guy’s stock TRD off road grill off his 2019. Will this fit? Obviously I don’t have TSS but I wouldn’t think it matters.

I dont see why it wouldnt fit. The grills look identical in shape. 2019 TSS sensor is behind yota emblem so wouldnt be an issue.

Same as a guy asking a few days ago if a 18 pro grill will fit on a 16 .. all the same front end just has the goofy empty spot for the tss .. luckily for the OR grill it hides behind the emblem. Good luck with the install post some pics when it’s done. Also keep ur black bezel! Looks killer imo

Is there a pro grill that exists that does not have the sensor plastic part? I want a pro grill but it just bugs the hell out of me that that center piece stands out like a sore thumb.

i believe the part on a 2017 pro does not have this but when i look online to buy i see the picture of the newer grill. don't want to purchase one part and end up getting the newer part

What product did you use to black out your bezel?

It was a rubberized wheel coating, forgot the name. Pretty much same as plasti dip but i think its more durable. I used dip before and if you clean it properly and apply 5-6 coats , it will last for many years. Actually found a pic of stuff i used.
