0321191947.jpg Bought a 2005 SR5 Access Cab 4x4 4.0L auto with only 46000 on it. Super happy I found it.

I initially walked out on the dealer because they were asking too much and wouldn't get to my magic number. I went and looked at a 2016 and couldn't believe how much better the '05 was underneath than the '16!

Looks like it was garaged it's whole life, not a spot of rust on the whole darn thing.

SUPER effing happy with it. Just has that annoying shake at about 60 mph, but there seems to be many threads on this issue.

I have been planning my mods and so far what I have in mind are:
    1. OME Sport kit Heavy
    2. TRD 17in Matte Gray 4runner wheels
    3. Falken Wildpeak at3w - still debating size
    4. TRD cold air intake
    5. U.S. Off road slim winch bumper
    6. Softopper/Bestop

    Any suggestions welcome!

Congrats, sounds like you scored a great truck!

Good call on the OME, and those 4runner wheels look great.
The "cold air intake" is the same performance as stock, just louder and says TRD.

    Too few to list.
Great find. Welcome to the site.
You just missed out on TRD's 40th with 40% off.
Those wheels were going for under $600 shipped!

Yeah, the only MPG increase you'll see is from the weight savings due to your lighter wallet after you buy it. But it will SOUND a little faster ;)

    Congrats and welcome to TW.
A lot of info here on our tacos.
It’s low miles but still has time on it. How are the fluids?
Hope you enjoy yours as much I have mine!

    Also Toyota has a website,

    https://www.toyota.com/owners/

It can give you dealer service records of what was done and when.

Nice find on the low miles!

Don't know where you live, but if it's snow country, NOW is the time to start treating the frame to rust prevention.

    That hurts :lalala:

I think I decided to go with the Method 701 instead though... my mind changes every week anyway.

Thanks for the info. The fluids look good to me, but I'm planning on a feel-good checkup in the near future.

Montana. What do you recommend for treating the frame?
