Has anybody had any experience with Datin Metal Fabrication out of Idaho?

Drove down to Bend Or from Seattle area and CVT sold me this rack they had in stock. Just curious if there is anything I need to keep a eye out for...

Went with this height bc I had to buy a tent that was bigger than we could fit along the bed of my truck. This one sits higher than the cab so I can fit the tent without 18+ inches of overhang over the back of the truck.
