I am curious if you can buy much local or does everything have to ship from the mainland. Love your truck.

Luckily mine came with the TRD knob when i bought it at the dealer. Agree though. The stock manual knob looks like a sex toy or something...

Which kit did you use and how does it work?

EDIT: I see you used normal cameras. I think for the 360 degree view you need wide angle camera is In some sort of software controller to stitch the images together. Hence the link that I showed from Amazon that shows complete kit you can buy.

How hard was it to add the cameras to the side mirrors?

I did all the Cup holders with a small controller in the center console that I can change the color of the light switch.

I literally just bought $10 cameras off eBay and a $14 av controller off eBay. I wired in a reverse cam anytime switch and a DPDT switch that allows me to swap the incoming feed to the headunit from the reverse camera to my AV controller. Then I ran wires from the cameras to the AV controller.

The hardest part was running the wire through the door boot but that was because I was being stupid and refused to remove it. Once I removed the boot it took like 15 minutes to finish up. I will say that you have to be good at soldering because the AV jacks won't fit through the mirror pivot point. You need to cut them off and re-solder them back on.

Edit: and I didn't use a kit. I like figuring stuff out on my own. It's all pieced together

Debadged the chrome and removed the vinyls. Put on some matte black badges and Tyger Star-Armor step bars.

Same here, which is why I was asking about your AV selector switch. I want that behind the dash and have a Toyota style button to cycle through the different channels. Not looking to have a TV style AV switch sitting out.

Added 2nd gen T-slot bar to the 3rd gen bed.
And Im probably due for a carwash. I'm thinking put some brackets in the corners for a couple lights.

Well I haven’t actually used it yet besides functional test, just got it installed yesterday but based off my needs this was the best fit. I plan to do a front locker in the future and this will make that job easier.
