What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Installed my new in channel vent visors today. Wanted to take a better picture outside but we are currently under a severe storm warning and tornado watch so inside we are staying. I got the AVS visors and I’m not too happy with how well they stick and they all have some marks on the from the packaging but they will work for now. If I don’t like them I’ll get a set of weather techs. I had a set on my old grand am and they were way better quality.

 

Return them. I have had more than one set damaged in the package and replaced.

I’m gonna rub the marks out with some compound at work tomorrow. They are just scuffs. Every time I’ve ordered a set of avs visors for anything they have come marked. Don’t feel like waiting for a new set just to get marked up ones again.

 

Feeling accomplished....
Did the subaru kicker tweeter swap....scored a good deal early morning craigslist......
Then did a slight modification and mounted this master lock U-lock into the rail system.
Now i can lock up my tools, bikes, bbq etc...

 

Finally bought some new wheels! Matte bronze ray 10's. Tires are Cooper STT pro 265/75/16

 

Creaform Go!Scan50 scanner and VX Elements software.

 

Gave her a much needed bath..

 

Was that lock mounting pretty easy? I was looking at something similar but I couldn’t find a good enough picture.

I notice you have a hitch to pull a travel trailer. What size is the camper and do you have much sway when pulling it?

I ran a constant 12v using a fuse tap to the outlet in the console, then used the existing switched 12v to hard wire my dash cam.

 

derped mine 5 coats and 1 coat glossy. +1 year going strong still

 

Pretty damn ez lol
I just deleted all the mounting hardware and widened the holes on the mounting plate ...
Had to cut a tiny bit of plastic as my bolt heads were too large ...
Mounted it to 2 T nuts.
