I have a 2002 Tacoma PreRunner with hitch and flat 4 pin lighted connector and need a 7 blade to tow

I have a 2002 Tacoma Prerunner V6 with trailer hitch and need my flat 4 pin adapter to accommodate the Dutchman RV round 7 blade plug. Suggestions?

 

You can adapt 7 to 4 but not 4 to 7. At least not with an off the shelf item. It's a safety issue to keep people without things like brake controllers from towing things that requires brakes, which sounds exactly like what you've trying to do.

The correct way to go about this is a new socket but you still won't have all the functions, just lights.
