    Yep. In the Carmel Mountains, east of Big Sur. Family Easter gathering. Get to do a little wheeling on some ancient jeep trails. If anyone wants to meet there on Saturday, we can wheel, and there's also a firing range for plinking. It is Easter, though.

    Was debating taking a trip out to Frank Raines on Saturday to try and move around this new suspension. Gotta shake some things into place before camping season. Girlfriend wants me to spend time with her this weekend, I was hoping I could convince her that she would have fun driving my truck around in the dirt.

    That place can be fun, just have to be careful for the dirt bikes and side by sides. Those guys drive like lunatics and don't always know trail (or at least practice) trail etiquette.

    It's some fire roads, and many smaller jeep trails for hunting. Some creek crossings. Lots of overgrowth, no doubt, from the wet winter. Lots of oak trees, and madrone. Google White Rock Gun Club. Been there since the late 30's.
