Finally got my window tint done.

 

Coupla pics from the past weekend’s trip. Explored a bunch a new national forest roads and found another great spot for a campsite.





I ordered another awning for the truck today. A small 4’x6’ to go across the back of the shell to cover the tailgate.

 

How do they fit? Found a local set on CL for $70 like new. Wondering if i should jump on it. Also, how's the durability? I have two dogs and wondering if it will be able to handle all the dog hair and slobber lol.

Cut a cardboard template

So I could cut my $15 bed rug.

It's not padded or anything, it's just home Depot indoor/outdoor carpet. I'm very tempted to get some more and sew some side panels, too since there's no backing to speak of and would be easy to sew.

The remnants that I have left from this, I'm going to use for my speaker boxes.

Also, not today, but over the weekend I extracted my sheared bolt from my valve cover with a $3 easy out, bought the correct Denso plugs this time, changed the plugs, put in a temporary bolt while the correct one ships to the dealer and now it's purring like a kitten.

 

Put on my new Westin nerf bars. Easy install. Not only functional, but they look good too.
