Once you are down to the snap ring and it's out, does the back half of the clutch come off easily? I am seeing some folks had trouble.

I don't think I needed to pull that off to replace the bearing.

    Check Out My Builds
I checked my FSM a little bit ago and this is all it says

But you have to get the Freon vacuumed out first, so I may try and not do that. But for the time being I'm going to cut my AC belt and push this issue farther down the road

Edit: It also says stuff about the clutch coil but if you're just replacing the bearing or the entire assembly you should be able to leave it on there

It doesn't fit on my supercharger manifold which is strange. Holes don't line up and the hole for the EGR is too big.

    @se7enine

Here is the gasket on my intake manifold. I believe I need the EGR valve to intake manifold gasket and I was given the EGR tube gasket.

As you can see the EGR hole is too big, and the stud holes don’t line up.

Is the rear portion of the driveshaft the same regardless of the rest of the drivetrain? I'm guessing the carrier bearing point is the same on the ex and double cabs so the shaft should be the same right?

    Yep.

Bringing the intake manifold portion adjacent to the throttle body to a machine shop today, have to get both EGR holes welded and retapped. I’m asking about the gasket because I want to give one to them as a template.

I believe some single cabs have a single piece driveshaft. My manual hubs came from a 4x4 single cab I4 that was single piece.

Yes. It's the portion between the trans and carrier bearing that changes.

My spare is off an auto and is identical.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
How hard is it to remove one of our front fenders?

I have rotten clearcoat on my driver front fender. Looking to sand, prime, paint, clear it. Doesn't have to be perfect (the rest of the truck isn't near perfect) just better than the rotten clear coat I'm looking at... Do I need to remove the fender, or could I just mask shit off?

Body work is not my forté

It's pretty easy, its like 8 small bolts. Kind of a pain to work it back into place to get on but just takes some finangling.

I didn't remove the grill or the headlight. The corner light yes, but that just comes right off.

I'm sure it would be much easier to put back into place if you remove those other parts but you don't need to.

But it has been A year and a half since I took mine off so
