Me and some friends are heading up to the Buena Vista area in July to hike a couple 14ers, but we're looking for some other cool stuff to hike/offroad/sight-see while we're in the area. We will be up there for two full days acclimating, hiking, exploring etc...before attempting the summits.

I'm planning to hike around Maroon Lake (and may camp there if there is availability) one of the days, but I need another adventure for the second day.

Any recommendations would appreciated!
