2019 Tacoma off road

i just bought a new Tacoma and new to this site. It’s not the pro, but the off road. I love this thing - it’s like a Tonka! I’m just looking for some outdoor trails I can take my truck on. Nothing crazy, but want to enjoy some off roading, photography and camping possibly. I’m willing to travel a little, but work on the weekends. All the parks I see online are only open to the public on weekends . Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
