I noticed that a lot of guys here utilize a 3mm spacer to fit their rims. My question is, do you need to change out the existing stock stud for a longer stud? Or can you just use the existing stud?

Also, was there a noticeable difference in stance or is it solely just to clear the brake caliper?

I ask because I bought these aftermarket 15x7 wheels, test fit them (wheel spins), but it looks kinda close to the brake caliper still.

Is it suggested to buy 2 pairs for front and back, to make the wheels look even? Or no noticeable difference so can just install 3mm spacers in the front?

    Thanks!

hey, the studs don't have to be changed our for a longer one. you can just use the existing ones the reason so many people use the spacer (including me) is to clear the front brake caliper. I only run 3mm spacers in the front and the difference isn't noticeable. good luck!
