Hey TW! I’m beginning the journey towards lifting my 2019 Tacoma. I’m going to say it, I’m picky and don’t like to do things twice when it can be done right and done once.
I’ve been asking around the Portland area for lift kit options and keep getting quotes on Toytec BOSS. Even the dealers around here sell overpriced Toytec packages.
Anyone know why the off-road shops default to offering that set up? Anyone else experience this?
I’d prefer to go with ADS all around, but am having challenges finding shops that will do it.

To expand on the being picky part. From what I see, there isn’t a huge fan following on here for Toytec suspensions. With how many shops around here are selling them, I’d expect to see a larger presence of satisfied buyers.
Seems to me they are just the easy sell and cheap option and I wouldn’t keep them around long. But if I’m missing something please let me know.

    a couple things
We have sold allot of toytec over the years and have slowly cut back a few of the things we were buying , a huge majority of the product is just reselling other mfg goods , or its offshore non rebuild able product , There Boss 2.5" kits now I believe are mfg'd by Radflo , if you want to spend a few more $$ just buy direct for say coilovers Radflo , king , fox , ads all make great product we use Radflo a ton there customer service is amazing I personally run it on 3 rigs from a LT Tacoma , 5th gen 4runner , and a 1450 race truck ... if you need a hand with anything let me know could probably even have it drop shipped to you for cheaper ... Im North of the border :)

Thanks. That makes sense. Appreciate your insight.
