They're pretty heavy; cat tested and approved! They've been on a ledge and we went on a trip. She knocked down some dishes and a chair... somehow... but not these haha.

I'd love to sell either one of these or I can make a custom one for you, feel free to message me :D

Cut this out on my plasma table today for a practice run to see how I liked it. Turned out cool so now I’m gonna buy some stainless steel and cut another one and make a cool hunting knife for my dad’s birthday which is in the end of May.

Necessity, it is said, is the Mother of Invention.

I live in a hilly subdivision and my house sits up on one of the hills. I have a 100-foot, somewhat steep driveway from my garage down to the street. Every Friday, I have to take my trash and recycle bins down to the street for collection. Taking them down hill isn't too bad. Dragging them back uphill, despite being empty, is quite a chore. And I'm too old for that shit.

So last night I conjured up this idea to use the Tacoma to pull the bins up the hill for me. But since the bins don't have a hitch, how would I attach them to the truck?

This is how. I went to Lowes, picked up about $20-worth of PVC pipe and various fittings and came up with this. When it was done, I wrapped some pipe insulation around the middle section to avoid scratching my paint.

First time I tried it, the bin fell off. But with a little re-engineering it worked out great.

Great idea, We don't have a long driveway but live on a steep hill. Sometimes the wind takes them to the bottom in a big pile. I did use a stencil and paint the address on all my cans.

After a brand new trash can was stolen before I picked it up from the end of the driveway I branded the next one as MINE! Leftover paint, lousy brush...printed my 3 letter last name on it. Made sure there were dribbles and runs, shittiest paint job possible...no-one would want that can now. No thefts since :)

I have a hypertherm powermax 30 which is a little more expensive but still pretty cheap overall. I’ve had the table for 4 months now and it’s already paid itself off with the jobs that I’ve done
