Where is the latest techstream available online? I need to flash a used ecm and my dealership tells me they are unable to wipe the current vin off even with the "reset" code from the mainland dealership. They are unable to flash it because it can't clear the previous info from the old truck, is that right? Seems fishy to me when they said they couldn't do it with the old vin on but then come back and tell me they forgot to try to clear it.then said they needed the code and couldn't get it, got it and still couldn't clear it. I would like to flash it myself as the current ecm has the bully dog which we ask know isn't great (previous owner)

Numbers match the ecm is in great condition looks new almost. Have anyone ever heard of techstream not being able to do so because of that reason?
