I saw everything in the local and in the thread that was very heated with emotion. Didn't see any PM's but from the threads it just seemed people got their feelings hurt too easily over his comment.

 

The economic comments were later than his initial comment.

 

They did, because it was the wrong time and place to really make that comment in the first place. Like trying to yell fire in a crowded theater.

What she ultimately got it for, according to your own post, is ridiculous in my opinion. Clearly you didn’t think it was too offensive to write a verbatim quote of it. So what was it? Making light of a guy who was venting about his dad dinging his truck?
