    Astronaut Funeral from Newgrass Brewing in Shelby, NC. It’s very intriguing as it’s a sweet stout as expected but there’s just a hint of burn on the finish from the peppers.

    Space them out.

    Nice thing about stouts is they age well. Save the last two and move on, then in a month or so you’ll have a craving for a non-IPA and it’ll deliver.
