The issue with that I had was that it got a little muddy several weeks back. The rain had done a good job of removing most all of the heavy stuff.

But since it's white, you could see like a ghost pattern or stain where the mud splashed up.
Easily removable with soap and a mit.
But the local car was hand sprayer (and cold water) didn't do shit to it. Didn't even touch it.

I usually always hand wash it. He'll, there isn't even much to was on the jeep. Don't have to touch the soft top.

Probably need to have the guys that did my Challenger and toyota detail and put some of that schmancy, fancy quartz stuff on it. To atleast keep the mud from sticking to it.

Honestly you probably drive right by my driveway. Look for an almost stock Silver 3rd gen with a black "CAT" license plate on the front and black embedded letters on tailgate with NC license plate!

I had a fun weekend in the garage. Cleaned up a bit and did a complete brake overhaul on the wife's Altima. The back brakes were totes effed in the aye! The fronts still had a lot of life on them so I left them alone. After some choice words and a few extra bumps and bruises, I bled the brakes and she was good to go. Dont get me wrong, I had fun. I need to change my 710 fluid maybe next weekend and replace the spark plugs along with greasing the shaft. Gotta grease that shaft nice and slick like. Should be a hoot.

Edit: And why in the flaming heck would Nissan use two different sized bleed valves? Ugh. I guess I shouldn't talk since I haven't bled the Taco so it may also have two different sizes. I had to fab up a whole new bleeder to get it to work.

@ahspurlock Looks like you're having a hoot too. Is that a slammed T100? You do all your own welding? Reason I ask is because that's one skill that I want/need to learn. Gotta find a nice MIG setup and cheap stock to work on my beads. Do you use 220v?

In your other photo it looked like you are using shielding gas? The tall green cylinder.

Welding supply store. I’d find a local shop and avoid Air Gas.

No need for more than a 110v setup if your beginning. I have an Eastwood MIG 135 and it’s worked great the few times I’ve used it.

The new Hercules line at Harbor Freight also had good reviews. Their MIG 140 is cheap.

If you have a Northern Tool or Tractor Supply near you, they may have a Thoroughbred rack with various sizes and mixes.

just make sure what size tank you need/want, trading up down can be an issue.

Yeah, I'd like to get started with a cheap starter setup but I've just been kicking around the idea. Watching enough youtube videos to make me a pro. Hah. Right.

I would guess that I would be looking at like a size 2 or 3 shielding gas tank just for tinkering around with. I wouldnt think that welding would chew through a large volume of gas during continuous welding. Ill have to swing by the Tractor Supply across the highway in Summerville.
