I have a 2010 TRD OR with JBL and an iPhone XS Max. The trucks Bluetooth capability is limited to phone calls only and since the iPhone doesn't have a headphone jack I am SOL on listening to music from my phone.

Is there an audio USB port that I can replace the AUX jack with and get the same effect? Thank You all for your service.

Cheapest option will be something like the iSimple BluJax. Plugs into the aux port and picks up all Bluetooth audio from your phone

I would definitely go this route if the stock AUX port wasn't a piece of garbage. It's always cutting in and out due to poor engineering. I am looking to swap the entire AUX port with a audio USB port if possible in hopes to be able to play music from my iPhone XS.

Factory stereos only have so many inputs to offer. One is the aux Jack which you're having problems with (a common problem on these trucks). Another input COULD be a factory CD changer input, I don't know your exact stereo (I got out of stereo business in 2008) but I seriously doubt it has a factory CD changer input. The only other input on ypur trucks stereo is its stereo antenna. You can use a device like the one pictured to get it to do what you want. It's called an RF Modulator. It turns your iPhones audio signal into a frequency the stereo understands on its antenna input. It's not an ideal set up but it will work. You will have to tune your FM stereo to a specific pre-specified frequency in order to hear the audio coming out of your phone (usually 87.9 or 88.3).

Not going to be easy to put in a USB that will transfer audio in place of the AUX. USB is data and the aux is just analog audio so a lot of work has to be done to make that happen.
You could always just cut the factory wiring a few inches back from the rear of the AUX jack and wire it to a hardwired bluetooth receiver. Something like the JL MBT-RX or similar. Splice the power and ground into the cig lighter wiring that's easily accessible right there, and splice on some female RCA tips to the aux wiring.

I figured that it would take a lot for it to work. I'll just replace the aux port and use a Bluetooth to FM thing.

The way I presented isn't very much work. The other way presented (I think Dustin was his name?) will give you a better outcome but it's more work and not just any shop will do that type of work.
