Hello everyone, the title says it all, my Tacoma has been sitting in storage while overseas it's pretty much a blank canvas and I plan on getting dirty and restoring this Truck if it was something that would come out today if they continued the small Tacoma's. I'd like to build it up like the Ford raptor mini basically I want all the comforts but would love to rip it in the deserts of Cali/Nevada. Money is not really an issue, but I want to get solid stuff l can put in and not worry about it. I don't need it to go super fast it just would be nice to Baja it a bit and if I happen to go over a "little" bump it's not going to nose dive and take out the front. Also if anyone lives in the Bay Area California feel free to meet up if youd like so we can really put together something.
I just got out of Afghanistan, so thank you all if you read this.

Welcome to Tacomaworld, and thanks for your service! The first thing i'd do before dumping a bunch of time and money into a first gen is go over the entire frame and make sure it's in good shape. Assuming it is, have fun modding! There's tons of good info on this site and plenty of people that can persuade you to spend a lot of money on your truck lol
