IMO it is easiest to replace one of the cig lighter outlets with a USB.
    Something like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Ginsco-Charg...ords=USB+car&qid=1556292513&s=gateway&sr=8-14

I've done a couple of these in my vehicles and like them. In our 4Runner I used one that is basically and extension of the USB on the back of the Pioneer HU I installed.

@boostedka i thought about doing that but I think I’d like to hide as much of the cable as I can but I’ll figure something out.

Also I picked this up today.

Anybody going or gone to overland expo? I was thinking of going to check it out but I'm not sure if its worth the effort.

I would like to go back, but to me it wouldn't be worth the effort. It's expensive, we had to camp an hour or so away because all free sites were slam packed. I have been to both east and west so if you haven't been the west is the bigger show.

Ya man its been too long! Let me know when you're free!

Kevin the guy with the built 3rd gen at the meet a while back is going with another friend of ours. I would like to go but I don't think I'll be able to make it this year.

I know @Jmad1997 is going. My truck is going under some huge changes so next year it's in the cards for me. However, I have a silverton/ouray trip planned! If anyone might want to tag along with that.

For the truck, removing the 6" DB lift. Going with 2.5 kings up front and a bamf relocate with 12x2.0 king smooth bodies in the rear. Misc other stuff like bamf shackle hangers, rci skids etc.

For the Trip I'm thinking after fj summit, 22-27th. Have researched a few places to camp up there. I will have the Aliner with me, so Ill establish a base camp and then head out a hit all the trails from there.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds to me like dont force the trip but find a way to make it a pit stop on a vacation.

Busy post here to complement my busy day, lol jk I drank beer and had fun. Anti tweaker device installed since I took off my swing arm prepping for hauling my motorcycle to the Jemez for a weekend of backroad exploring. Also cut the mounts that hold my the spare under the bed to fit my 235/85r16. Finally, anyone looking for some bed rail high lift mounts, I believe they are ATO. I finally mounted my hi lift to the arb.
