    All kidding aside, if not for the trailer park I would be in pretty bad shape right now. I have my parents house and it's paid for so I wouldn't be totally homeless. Until the tax bill arrived. I can't get SS for several years so I'd just be screwed without a kiss. That was one of my rare good decisions.

    Yes, honestly.
    The rent from the condo is a big plus. And the rent from my MIL's old house in Johnstown.
    That and dividends gets me by okay until Social Security.
    I've been eligible for two years, but hey, 8% increase each year you hold off...

    As long as I can pay the bills and taxes with a bit left over, I'm good.
    I've never been a spender. No debt, this house was paid off long ago.
    Tell you what though. Time is priceless.
    I'm glad I retired.
