What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Debadged everything today. No pics, it was dark but man it looks so much cleaner

 

Would not want to do business with that dude. Sad the way some people sell junk to fellow TW brothers.

 

I just picked up a MESO stage 2 from @MESO!

 

Day 3 of ownership, got the tires a bit dirty.

 

Unfortunately, even the factory pro badge is this way with no solid place for the adhesive to stick. I have the Meso Bro badges and had the same problem. Left them off until I get a better solution. Good luck.

 

Who's the seller? TW members need to know.

 

That idea might work, I get it about now making the whole thing filled as it would make it heavy. I put some 3m liquid adhesive and was generous with it...see if that works

 

I bought them from runnin4tacos.com but apparently it’s an issue that MESO had as well, might wanna try the epoxy idea.

 

I bought mine from Harmon Customs, they were printed with a solid base with no adhesion issues.

 

Got this today from Bullet Proof Fabrication......

Plenty of room for 3/4” shackle.....

Going on tomorrow.

It does! I wanted to put it on but gotta a be up early tomorrow and I’m out of loctite unfortunately. Wanna do it right the first time. But I know what you mean; gonna be a restless night! Thanks Mike!

 

Whenever I see someone adding this I like to offer this same advice for those with a Pro skid plate. Take 5 minutes and an angle grinder to make clearance for the 3/4" shackle to swing freely. It is aluminum and only remove a minimum amount. Otherwise you will need to offset the shackle. I prefer mine to be on center in the event I actually use it. I want the weight directly on center of the bracket.
